Twence serves the environment while working on the future: coming generations will need to be able to count on reliable and affordable waste processing. You can read more about this on this website. As an organisation, Twence strives to be transparent. You can also read more about that here.
So how does it work in day-to-day practice?
Young and old, people from every layer of society, with various different backgrounds, from the Netherlands and abroad—everyone is welcome to come have a look around at Twence.
Presenting Twence to such a broad and diverse public is the ultimate challenge for a tour guide. Some people will be more interested in the technological aspects, while for others the highlight of the tour might be seeing the sheep, the vineyard or the waste storage bunker. Each visitor is different and looks at waste processing and at our company through different eyes. As a tour guide, your job is to respond as best you can to what your visitors want to see and to their impression of Twence.
When people are full of enthusiasm at the end of a tour and say “What a great company! I really had no idea...,” then you know you have reached your goal: You have shown them the best side of the company.
And it really is true: Twence is a great company…
